Meyer Plow Mounting Carton Information
Drive Pro
The Meyer Drive Pro is the mount series for 1/2 ton and smaller vehicles. It consists of a Universal Clevis, and a Drive Pro Mounting Carton that is used to attach the Universal Clevis to the vehicle frame. the Universal Clevis is NOT included in any Mounting Carton. This is why it is important if you are buying a used mount to get the Universal Clevis with it. Originally when new, the Universal Clevis is sold with the Lift Frame, and Meyer calls it the CLF (Clevis Lift Frame). There are two versions of the Drive Pro Universal Clevis, the standard one, and the Half Ton Universal Clevis. As the name inplies, the 1/2 ton Universal Clevis is used on 1.2 ton trucks. It can also be used on lifted Jeeps to compensate some for the lift. The Meyer Drive Pro is available in two widths, 6' 8" and 7' 6". Both widths use the same black iron, hardware and trip springs. The 7'6" is taller and wider than the 6' 8".
Here is a GMC Sierra 1500 that came in to swap the Moldboard. Originally the plow was on a lifted Wrangler JK.The 6'8" was too narrow for the GMC, so we swapped a 7' 6" in its place.
You can see how much taller the 7' 6" is compared to the 6' 8".

files are in .pdf format FREE for download. There are hardware lists and
diagrams for each Mounting Carton so you can see what is included and what you
are getting yourself into if you want to install it yourself. Install
Instructions have names such as "1-1124.pdf", etc..
